Courier dropping Gazughi ring?

Must have killed close to a hundred Couriers with no Gazughi ring from 2 known spawn points, can we get a check please to see if he is still dropping the ring? I know others who have had no luck with him lately either. Is it possible that he will drop the ring only from certain spawn points?
