I believed this at a point, but after a lot of research, fact finding, and interrogations, I have come to the conclusion that dredge is dredge. I am not certain though, but about 60-70% sure. We really have two options: Dredge is one of the greatest psychological mastermind this world has ever seen or he is a complete nub.
