Staff of Elemental Mastery: Water is classic, it was the very first focus item placed in the game.

seems focus works on 49 pet only atm, maybe that was intended?

Yes that's intended. That's how it worked/works? on live. The Sol Ro temple items focus lower level pets, but don't work through Kunark. Staffs of Elemental Mastery do!

Will only work with the 49 pet, Majik's is quading for 61 which is correct iirc

Aye. The water staff ONLY works on 49 to 60 pets. It works differently than the Sol Ro focus.

Pet level should be increased by one, and damage increased by two.
