VD/BDA/FE get satisfaction from killing raid targets and obtaining loot. Because this server doesn't have instances, when VD/BDA/FE wins loot, TMO does not. Its a side-effect, not a cause.

I can post some screnshots when I get home. Multiple claims from multiple members of the guilds giggling over training TMO members, or if TMO loses a mob, multiple conspiracy theories about GM's RMT etc.
