Not sure if this concerns the current bug, but did the entire Orc Impaler quest at level 23 last night, and didnt get one single percentage point of xp. As this is like a mid 30s quest, I figured I ought to get some.

My exp bar was where it was before the server came down for patch. Only killed a light blue, I didn't see any significant move on xp bar but I didnt look at % precisely.

Seems fixed now BTW. Just logged in and looks like rollback was run OK.

Not at all! BTW, just taking a wild guess for fun (I have no eqemu experience), it seemed as though the server was crossing up which toons were reporting XP gains. Am I anywhere close? In my mind that would explain why some toons were getting like 10 levels for a kill, others none at all (if the server thought they were a different toon that'd been maxed at 50 or something).

If not even close, I'll understand... but it'll hurt my ego a bit.

Dwarf Rogue, now level 9, was 8.75 when it happened.

Edit: was in a group of 4, between 8 and 10ish. They all gained 10-11 levels on the same kill, all simultaneously said "wtf?"

Please confirm, everyone who got massive XP gains was in a group at the time?

^ if that's to me, yes, we all got 10 or 11 levels on the same kill and were grouped.

edit: more info: in the group was Wynt (ogre sk, level 9 at the time of kill), Cindre (DE necro, was 5 at the time), and Danh (ogre shammy, was 8 or 9 at the time).
