I've been gaming for so long (despite attempts to "cure" me) that 0 fucks are now given about when/where/what I play. Married with 3 kids and MMOs have been accepted as one of my permanent hobbies.

Ooh damn I'm up to April 27th and I've only lost 1 other soldier. Kicking ass!! This is really intense and fun, I guess I'll have to up the difficulty to Classic after this Normal Ironman campaign.

Great game that has managed to add something to Xcom while remaining true to the spirit of the original.

When my GF and I moved in together I was playing Fallout 3.

She still thinks I'm playing fallout 3, and I don't really see the point in correcting her.

June 19th, my Memorial is up to 7 names, including a Captain and two Majors. Snipers dropping like flies. Running into multiple cyberdiscs and sectoid commanders, mutons, ugh!

Kind of like Oma called all our gaming systems "The Sega." It didn't matter if it was a Super Nintendo, TurboGrafx 16, personal computer, whatever, it was The Sega.

"Why don't you go play The Sega?"

i had this thought too. makes me think there's something going on there. It was almost like this post was to say 'i have a girlfriend! unlike all of you losers! haha! You must be a real nerd to play video games! especially when the gf you neckbeards dont have is over!"

then he realized everyone who plays this game is in their 20's, 30's and 40's, and its par for the course to have a gf/wife/fuckbuddy.
Shh, don't burst his bubble! He needs these little threads to boost his ego

Reminds me of the time my great grandmother was at a garage sale and brought me home a couple 8-track tapes thinking they were nintendo games.
