Troll vs Iksar Regen on the 99

Do these two races currently share the same HP regen per level now?

I thought on live Iksar had a higher regen rate than troll did. Was this later changed in a Kunark patch on live?

Can anyone confirm or deny that Troll = Iksar regen currently on 99 and if so, why does it on 99?

As far as I know they are the same. I had the same question recently and some research on the forums turned up a post from Rogean where he literally posted the function for regen (ie the code).

It basically just looked if a character was a troll or iksar and then gave them high regen rates (same as the ones posted on monk section of wiki, btw, for iksar vs human), and then gave everyone else a lower base regen rate. I believe classically Iksar regen rates WERE higher vs trolls, btw, so maybe one day they'll fix it and trolls will be sad [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

It is exactly the same at all levels on P99. I do not recall either one being higher on Live.

You regen faster when feigned (versus standing)? I wasn't expecting that; I guess the nerf to that came much later.

On live now you still regen faster feigned compared to standing. I remembered hearing back in the day that iksar regen was higher than troll but so far all that I can find using the way back machine shows them having the same HP regen rate
