Screen not full

Hey guys, I currently got my P99 account back up and running on my windows 7 PC and i'm trying to get it full screen. Prior to, I would do alt+enter and everything would be good. However, now when i do it, it does make it full screen, but anywhere outside of a small box in the middle that i click, it brings it back down to a smaller window and back to the desktop. Any help?
