If you feel like staying on that side of the world, check out Everfrost. There's a lot of random trash mobs that wander around and are very killable: cats, spiders, orcs, etc. And the orcs drop a lettuce item that vendors for 9 gold a pop, usually dropping a few at a time.

Have you ever hunted there? The goblins have quite a large range of levels. You can start at the entrance at about 14 and then deeper areas like preacher and jailer will be blue throughout the 20s.
