That is why is said it is the best "fast food poutine" not best overall.

There is a bar/restautant in Calgary called Amsterdam Rhino that has epic poutine, and you can add all sorts of shit to it is you want (other cheeses, meats etc.) much like the menu you linked.

I saw a drunken american here in Montreal he was shouting in the streets at the top of his lung, asked him if he liked Montreal. YESSHHHH I LOVEGH IT, he answers. I ask him why? He screams "I CANZGH DRINKS AT EIGVHTEEN!!!"

What happens if "teenagers" in the states get caught drinking? To me its absurd someone can do a porno flick or go in the army but isnt allowed to have a couple of beers XD

Depends where you're at. They treat underage drinking in my city like murder. Court, classes, probation, lots of stupid shit.
