For the sake of argument let's assume it's 35%. I still have no desire to start from scratch to play on a dead server of ~80 people spread across shitloads of empty zones with no one to group with, 30 out of 80 of whom are in the same zerg guild.

just yesterday I handed out a cos and an Ishva robe to a new player I've seen constantly playing now for a week or two. just socialize and u shouldn't have much of trouble to get gear to survive as a complete noob on red

I've said it before and will say it again, PvP the way it stands makes no sense.
Why can I kill wood elves in kelethin then go bank in the city, there are NO consequences in the game by killing players.
If faction hits happened by killing players it MIGHT be more worth while, and even then not likely.

Consequences are supposed to be brought on by the community. Imagine trying to play, when every zone you go to people know who you are, say you have a terrible rep for a second. Youre going to be on your toes.

Its hard to shun people with only a population of peak around 85 90 these days.

No, what I'm saying is it doesn't make sense.

If I log in and start getting griefed as a lowbie by other wood elves, I'm gonna say fuck it and not play.

PvP as it stands doesn't make sense and for the majority of people on blue we'd rather not deal with the stupidity.
