Question Practice Point Distribution

Curious if there is a list of which skills require 1 point to kick-off.

Also curious what the preferred method for spending practice points is, and where the currency plays in. It's been so long I forget.

Thanks!

Sense heading.
Tradeskills.
Languages (I think).
All skills learned after L1 (parry, riposte, meditate, specialize abjure as examples).

If you're rolling a priest or melee make sure to get your Agi to base 75 so you can wholly ignore it going forward.

Thanks! Can anyone confirm or deny that you don't need a point in:
Beg
Forage
Sneak
Hide
Bind Wound
Swimming
Weapon skills
?

I'm not referring to statistical points, I'm referring to the 5-per-level practice points you spend at your trainer. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Bind wound swimming and sense heading definitely do not. Weapon skills you start off with definitely do not require a point either

I'd still put a point into sense heading, maybe at level 2 if you want to put your initial 5 into weapon skill. Those first few points of Sense Heading suck.

List isn't entirely accurate. I know specializations don't need training points, and I didn't THINK languages did, but not sure on that one.

Just go to Wiki.... http://wiki.project1999.org/index.php/Main_Page click on your class and it will tell you on the bottom of the page what you need to train or not.

Sense heading won't level up if you don't put one point into it
