i threw out an initial offer of 90k and wasnt even given a reply in pm and he "takes 95k" the next day. others werent responded to either. pretty fishy fo sho.

i offerent 95k as a buyout a few hours after post went up. i didnt get a response back for over a day. then got one. not sure what to tell you.
