50K is a bit steep for a lvl 40 epic or not. Im not knocking it but I seen alot higher lvl epic rogues go for 50K some even 40. Good luck though.

Considering you see people paying 50-60k for the epic MQ all the time...its not the price, its just the current climate.

Yeah that's what I'm thinking too. If he doesn't sell I'll likely put back up when the population increases again. It's summer time, people want to be outside. Thanks man
