Screen resoltuion keeps changing to 800 x 600

Sorry if this issue is already on the boards. I've searched and havent located. Anyway, I currently run my PC resolution at 1360 x 768 but everytime I log in to EQ (project 1999) it keeps changing to 640 x 480. I went into options in EQ but my current resoltuion does not show up as an option. I've tried different resolutions unsuccessfully. When I log in I cant even read the words to try to change the resoltution in game or to ask anyone for help. All of my drivers are up to date. I have an amd graphics card. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Try this.

Make sure no EQ clients are running while you do it. Save it THEN load up EQ. Remember there's a resolution for windowed and full screen. The WinEQ options in my screenshot are only applicable if you use WinEQ.
