Speedy and fun way to level up into teens is BlackBurrow. The knoll fang quest is amazing XP and BlackBurrow can be fun. I have always loved Qeynos so I am biased. In the teens, I also suggest Unrest. AGain, one of my favorite zones. I always think of Unrest when I go to the Haunted Mansion in Disney World.

The gnoll fangs are incredible experience, but there is a caveat. My druid made himself KOS to the corrupt Qeynos guards turning in that quest. It did not take an amazingly high number, IIRC. The corrupt qeynos guards do not hang out in the catacombs and you can blow off their faction. There are a number of them in qeynos.
Kurns is great XPs and IIRC the skellys don't run. It's a long trip, but if you can self-bind, I usually see ikky duos in there on peak hours.

The thing about the Corrupt Guard though, is that they only spawn at night. With, I think, the exception of Lt Dagarok. Which, while he is a complete badass, he is easily avoided.

Another consideration is hunting orc camps in EC. They drop those scalps that are such great XPs in highpass. True the crushbone belts and shoulders and hatchets and whatnot are xp in Kaladim, but it is easy to get pretty encumbered from them. Orc scalps are very light and stack to 20.
Of course, orc camps take a fair amount of typing to cobble together a group, so there is that...

You can actually repair the corrupt guard factions through two quests..
If you are turning in Gnoll Fangs you get the Moonstones which you can turn in to McNeal Jocub in the nearby bar. He gives you some Blackburrow stout. Sell these and then purchase Honey Mead in quantities of 4. You then go and give these to Tumpy Irontoe who wanders in and out of the bar. This will balance out your negative faction hits with the corrupt Qeynos guards etc. In the end, it didn't really cost you anything as the money you get from the Blackburrow stout pretty much equals the cost of the Honey Mead. Here's a sample of the Honey Mead part below along with the faction adjustments. I have great faction with all guards and merchants so I am guessing the negatives do not outweigh the great faction from killing Gnolls and fang turn ins etc. I believe that if you don't do this part of the quest, then you will become KOS to some of the guards and it makes life miserable..

When the server was down I made a ranger on PEQ and started in qeynos. Being totally broke, I did the rat whisker quest over and over and over to get money (about 1 gold per hand in). When I geared up enough (with my rusty halbard and cloth set), I ventured to Blackburrow and got a bunch of gnoll fangs. I then went to turn them in and everyone in the bar attacked me so they must be on Corrupt Guard faction.
