Unfortunately, the damage has been done already by uneven GMing. It started with the way Lovely was able to exploit the fuck out of this server, err sorry, I mean use "features", to obtain advantage after advantage. It continued when after having leveled Nihilum up to 50 using mage swords, they were then nerfed to prevent the rest of the populace at the time from using the same ezmode gravy train to 50. Many people quit from this, they were the first GRIEFED OFF THE SERVER casualties, (well the guard assist aggro people I guess were technically the first).
Then came the exploitation of raid mobs by Lovely and crew. Multiple dragons walled and GGed, err I mean they killed them with 11 people some of whom were in their 30s in Nagafen's lair legit. Loot removed months later, no suspensions handed out. Then holocaust did the same instant guild disband bans and suspensions handed out. Many perma quit from this. I can speak for myself when I say during this time Natural trained the fuck out of me and everyone else every single day for over a month. Not a single petition was ever answered. Not even a tell for follow-up information. Nihilum was trained on FG's during this time, instant suspension and GM Rezes provided. Fair GMing continued. Fear is finally released and we are the first to farm dem pixels. We have equalish numbers to Nihilum so they sit outside, drooling and foaming at the thought of getting pixels but unable to attack the mighty Holocaust griefers. No problem. Nizzar, a professional P99 player, knows how to take care of the situation. He starts the CT DT script and forces us all to camp, lose our charmed mobs, etc., making it ez for Nihilum to come in and force us out. Tactic is ruled by GM to be a-ok. We then decide to do the exact same thing back to Nihilum, suspensions handed out. Wait what? Cool GMing part 17. More Fear stories, CT is down, we're farming fear, equal numbers, so Nihilum sends in Skelly and Beovvulf to train us. No suspensions handed out. In response, we send in Crazy/Xant/Letsjoe, suspensions handed out. Game is Fair bros. I can't tell you how many times I witnesses Beovvulf train Holocaust, and this is even when I was in Nihilum when it was the ADVOCATED STRATEGY. Never suspended. Crazy uses FG ledge once, instant two week suspension. Wut? Pull dragons into walls for months no suspensions, FG ledge instant 2 week. Lol? Fallen now on to his 17th character, continuing to exploit, still in game who knows what the actions taken were, seems like none. Angkar, first time train offender, instant 30 day suspension, quit game because can't even get information about the suspension after weeks of trying. The entire process stinks and is retarded. Maybe the ball has just bounced Nihilum's way every time, and the refs are calling it like they see it and we're the Dallas Mavericks in 2006 and Nihilum is Dwayne Wade, going to the free throw line every three and a half seconds on phantom calls. Or, maybe the GM's are Tim Donaghy. You decide.

You're free to respond to the points with your own facts if you feel that mine aren't accurate. Personally, I still wish the server had been FFA with the exception of exploiting from day one. I don't care if someone trains, you should control your zone, I do care though if we're going to mercilessly pursue trainers with tough suspensions from one guild and not from the other.
I tried submitting evidence of trains, as did others, but I never even got a GM response, and since Amelinda has basically confided in me multiple times that she has all but given up on this server, I wasn't going to press the issue any further. Besides, who is there to press the issue to? Cast has shown us the only way to get someone in the upper echelon to intervene is to shit up the forums, and I'm not going to take a dump on the forums for every single thing, so ultimately you're left simply shrugging your shoulders and moving on knowing that the system stinks.
