It's shitty that within 2 days of Daliant's app to TMO he rmt'd; it made it easier for us to not notice what items he was taking from IB.

I don't speak for TMO leadership, but Daliant will be booted along with his alts, just like any rule breaker that has been proven guilty. Daliant was a pretty cool guy, its sad he tried to carry IB's cheat culture into TMO.

Hopefully, the GM's are paying attention to this and ban his accounts immediately.
Also, I hope they investigate all the IB's accounts mentioned for sale for proof RMTing so they can track down which seller has them and can ban him too.

What impact people cheat or RMT all the time....we have no way of knowing 100% if accusations are true without confessions, or gm investigations.

I will always support a TMO member until there is real evidence against them.

There are only two reasons to liquidate all your items on an EQ server:

1] Because you want to start over on another character and avoid your rep
2] Because you want to RMT

It was 100% fucking obvious that ALL the IB guys who were liquidating their characters were going to RMT all that plat. I remember when Szeth sold his account on the forums, and people asked why the hell he was going to do it, and he replied with some BS like "I like to have big numbers in my PP account". I know because I've been buying high end items for less and less PP for the last month or so - these guys only want PP. If you ask them about trades they are totally uninterested, because they can only RMT pp.

And yes, RMT has a moderately negative effect on the game, because you get people who just monopolize camps, like Jeremy and Tootles/Tizzle at the fungi king. Now Jeremy is in the clear as we know he just dumped 800k on a fungi staff. But what about Tizzle? He also would have earned 800k and Tootles doesn't have a Donal's BP even, and there is one for sale for 325k. All you have to do is go back and look at all the IB people who sold accounts; if you find someone who doesn't have another toon playing on that IP . . . .

What irritates me about this is that it doesn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out the shit that is going on here. I think the problem is that its just work and the server staff doesn't care enough to do anything about it.

Whatever tune suites your task of getting what you want - that's how people like you think. 100% without confessions or GM investigations? Given most of you are rotten weasels it's unlikely anybody will willingly confess their sins. Moving on, what evidence would a GM need in order to incriminate somebody (according to you?). My guess is you'll conjure some impossible standard in conjunction with non-sequitur logic that your TMO buddies will roll with because you're one big gangbanging brady bunch of bullies and degenerates.

Why argue logical fallacies and then commit one? Poisoning the well.

GM's should actively be checking the movement of accounts. They can log which accounts and ip's are moving the accounts, and who is receiving them. They can access trade logs to see what was exchanged. With information that newguy posted they could verify a the item exchanged on that date. That is just basics, i'm sure rogean have alot of built in tools they added for this. But without their access there is no way to know how extensive they are
