Missing Dwarven Merchant since Patch

The Dwarven merchant that previously was selling medium quality blocks of ore has been removed. He was located in the pit outside the Bank in Kaladim. I know the patch notes states High quality ore was removed, however removing the merchant, removed other quality ores as well.
