The level 29 enchanter spell is titled "Enstill". Should this be "Instill"?

To "instill" is to infuse or impart a certain quality to something. "Enstill" is a made-up word that means to make something be still [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I think the name of the spell was eventually changed to be spelled "instill" on Live, though I think it was sometime after Velious, and which is an incorrect usage of the word.
