I don't think they'll be finding out what spreads the virus any time soon. But definitely this sunday going to be /lots/ of people dying. Hershel, carol, t-dog, glenn's lady and her sister, all hopefully will die.

I think the "Virus" is airborne but doesn't effect you until after you die, and possibly head-shotting wont fully kill them, Remember the burnt bodies? They'll probably have to burn all the dead.
