Are you referring to exp? A discussion Rogean and I had in IM chats is somewhere in this thread.

I support a scaled system starting somewhat higher at low levels and tapering off. Or a flat 20% rate. Either one of them is worth trying to me.

For this, and many other things to happen, there would need to be a patch.
