I went with 50% as to not seem to unrealistic, but seeing how there is a large pop who wants 100% ..i change my vote to 100%....im guessing as one of the people who didnt vote 100% ..there are more like me who would change their vote if allowed.

Vast majority want a change of some kind.

If it brings back 20% of the people who are saying "Exp rate is the reason i quit" then its worth it.

We all know that putting in a exp bonus is pretty simple.(Temp bonus's are done all the time)

Whats the hold up? Unless this slow decline is turned around soon, even the die hards are going to quit.

On a side, I think adding an additional "group exp" bonus is a good idea. Over 70% of the server is one of 6 classes: Druid, shaman, necro, bard, mage, wizard. If someone is trying to level as efficiently as possible, none of these classes should ever be grouping after a certain level(When shamans get pet, when wizards can quad, etc) as any of the other classes are just going to slow them down.

rogeans scale sounds decent, I would make the overall bonus skewed even more to the low end IMHO something like 500/(x^(0.8)+5), where x is your level, or a smooth cosine curve like 50(1+cos(0.0625x)), but simple is probably best.

The assumption that a drastic increase in the XP is going to "fix" EQ classic is unproven and pushing people quickly to 50 with such a limited amount of PvP content will bring about it's own set of problems.

Please name a few of the problems in this "set of problems"
At lvl 30 I have been attacked only one time. Pushing exp to bring everyone to the same lvl is the ONLY solution to a low population server. Once everyone gets the grind out of the way, most people camp resist gear and pvp. This is what creates pvp and entertainment on the red server. Not mindlessly chipping away at 50 lvls in some armpit of a zone that maybe gets 3 people to it max a day.
