Nilbog: The locked door in the North Freeport bank has had its lockpick skill increased to 201.

Assuming this means that you need to have a 201 lockpicking skill. This fix did not go in. I have 200 and picked the door just fine after this patch.

Do you have mechanized lockpicks?

Mechanized lockpicks will give you +6 to your skill at 200 so you'd then be able to open it up.
