Help! Very long exp bar for vert ui or adding a blue line to vert xp bar

I currently use the vert ui but I would really like to have a really long exp bar with the blue line like this ui : http://www.eqemulator.org/forums/showthread.php?t=30365

Is there anyway I could do something like replace the MP3 player to get a stand alone exp bar like that?

Iv spent the past 4 hours trying to do it and im making zero progress so I need some help.

If you cant do this, is there anyway just to add the blue exp line to the standard vert exp bar?

To show the fill line just open the xml file and search for the exp bar. Find the

		<DrawLinesFill>false</DrawLinesFill>

and change the false to true. Save and reload and now you should have the fill line.
