Its called muscular hypertrophy training. Its only what most athletes, most body builders and anyone else trying to achieve an aesthetic look while gaining strength.

A bicep day is def a cosmetic thing. None of us in football or wrestling have a bicep day like that. Then again, we dont lift to stand in front of mirrors and look at ourselves or take webcam pics of it for an EQ emu board.
