NPC Spawn Issue: Narra Tanith

The druid that wanders South Karana, she drops Crown of Leaves - 1 AC / 5 Wis, and some Shiny Scimitar 7/28 or something, obviously the crown being the most value'd to druids like me!

I've seen her up twice after server reset, she has the same pathing as Brother Qwinn which I believe is a PH for her, obviously no one after the crown can take BQ on and I dont recall live sharing the same spawn with these 2 NPC's, can this be looked into?

Brother Qwinns cycle is unusual in that he shares a cycle with another named - Narra Tanith.

Is this info still valid? I've been killing both Narra and her PHs for several days now and no sign of Qwinn. Raster took me all of 45 minutes, and the bottleneck is the damn quest npc [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Today, for instance, I have been killing this spawn point for about 6 hours. Every 6-ish minutes I get either an escaped Splitpaw Gnoll, or sometimes I get Narra. Not a single Bro Qwinn yet, and I've see Quillmane randomly run past me twice. Can't be right...
