I just double checked and my graphics drivers and DirectX are all up to date.
Should I run Duxa's program again now that my .NET is updated?

Try using that shortcut that Duxa's put on your desktop for CPU fix. If that doesnt work... you can also try running EQemu, then going to options there and checkboxing to use only 1 core.
If you are having issues with the screen flashing to black then crashing then you most likely set wrong resolution. try running in windowed mode or lower resolution (you can do both through one of the options in Duxa's).
