Thex Dagger really even that good?

I was using Thex in my range, but then swapped out for a Dragoon Dirk. I still haven't resisted any disease based spells and i feel like it would only be semi-useful only against sham/nec pvp. I decided the 3MR on the dragoon dirk would serve overall better usage in pvp. any thoughts?

Better during Kunark when the other resist gear is easy to stack, and Thex will round out your SVs.
