i am the slowest walker/runner

i cannot seem to keep up to anyone , no im not over weight i have sow etc , just seems any person /class/race etc , is faster . any suggestions?

have to ask, do you have run on?

There's a thread about multi-core cpus messing with run speed. Disable one fully before you play and you should have no issues, apparently.

Duxa's All-In-One also has an option for that.

I do believe agility affects run speed as well.
