NPC Spawn Issue: South Ro - 30min AC Timer Placeholders are not spawning.

This was broken and fixed last week.

Now broken again. Something must be specifically causing this.

Confirmed, checked both yesterday and today, 6min and 20min spawning as usual, but no sign of 30min spawn

Reset the cycle, should be working now.

It's been fixed, but still no patch.

Was working fine for me yesterday afternoon. Even got an AC. I assume this is post-nilbog, so thanks!
