Palious Jarten will not cure disease.

Hail Palious Jarten in the Temple of Marr basement in North Freeport. He returns text stating that he can cure disease if you ask. Say "what cure disease" and he replies that he will do so when you hand him 10gp. Hand him 10gp and ... nothing.
