NPC Spawn Issue: Ancient Cyclop + PH in sro missing

Camped Ancient Cyclop in sro today, the PH never spawned in a full day/night cycle, he is supposedly 30mins respawn so should have spawned at least 2 times, 20mins and 6mins spawns were working fine.
Couple peoples at camp confirmed me not seeing it since last patch.

Do a search here about it. It has to do with an altered day night cycle. If that is not the problem, I apologize. Good luck.

PH spawns regardless of day night cycle, it is just AC can only spawn at night so you got to time well the ph respawn.
But not the problem here, the ph/AC wasn't spawning at all during day or during night, it is like the spawn got removed.

So the AC still can not spawn in SRO or has it been fixed. I don't want to spend all day camping something that can't exist just because I don't know the exact spawn types of mobs that are on the PH.

There hasn't been a patch since this was fixed, so I spawned the cycle again. Should be working now.
