where do i go to allow IP?

and my dad (a 63 year old)

wish to play this game together, what is the correct forums to ask for an IP exception!

cause i was just told that my ip was denied for trying to log onto my account from our old house while my dad was logged into his account!

im not multiboxing i just want to play with my dad =/
