Default Spiroc wingblade dropping with wrong proc
They currently drop with the proc "invigor" it should be "serpent sight".

I dont think they ever came up with good stamina calculations for weapons

At the start of server, poeple would run out of stamina in like 30 seconds of meleeing and it was horrible so they pretty much took it out.
