3.) No one has ever died from Marijuana
Directly, no. Indirectly, I would beg to differ. Although I dont have the time or energy to do the research. I'm sure some idiot did something stupid because they were high and died.
Evidence please. The propaganda of the high guy who hits a little girl coming out of McDonalds is simply that: propaganda. I defy you to come up with some kind of valid evidence that shows that pot-use related accidents even occur, much less at a rate comparable with the amount of accidents which occur due to the use of alcohol. You dropped your pocket..
i want to say something to that ... do NOT drive while under the influence of alcohol, weed or any other substances that alter the amount of time you need to react to new situations ...

it doesnt matter if its alcohol or cannabis, both can lead to accidents if still under the effect ...

4.) Alcohol prohibition didn't work, and alcohol even kills people who dont use it (physical abuse, accident victims).
So no one has ever died because they got into a car accident with someone who was high?
Quite frankly, no. At least, if it ever did happen, it's an extremely rare case, and probably due more to other factors rather than use of THC. See above. Show evidence before you make totally outrageous claims.
and again ... bullshit ... if you are high and you drive you are at risk of fucking up ... you WILL react slower ... but same goes for alcohol ..

Some people can't hold their weed though, just like many people can't hold their alcohol. I've seen plenty of people I wouldn't want doing anything but sitting on a couch after smoking. Especially girls or people new to smoking.

That said, for people who do it regularly, functioning is not a problem at all no matter how baked. I drive all the time like that - never had any problems - in fact, my only wreck that was my fault - I was completely sober, it was that damn pretty girl's fault on the side of the road...

right.. ..weed affects different people differently.. ..I'll give you that. That being said, I'd get in the passenger seat with someone who was high for the first time and a 90lb girl any day of the week over someone who had been drinking and could "hold their liquor."

I like smoking 5$ blunts of mid to the dome rolled in a swisher like a good ass tight pearled out roll.. I don't really fuck with high-grade, like kush and dro and purp, but shit, the mid i can get a hold of is some pretty strong. Smoked about 0.7 of some raisin bran dro once, that was a pretty cool experience.

If you're trying to argue that smoking weed doesn't affect your response time then you are full of shit. I agree with your above statement, but if I had a choice I would probably just drive myself rather than let someone drive who is under the influence of anything.

Honestly, I have never seen any evidence of that, but I wouldn't doubt it. However, if you consider that people who smoke weed generally drive slower and more defensively than your average pissed off commuter-in-a-hurry, then a very good argument could be made that less reaction time is needed.

That being said, no, that's not what I was arguing. My argument was purely anecdotal, and based on personal experience. I've been fucking SCARED in a car with someone who I didn't even really think was drunk, and not even felt a little freaked when in a car with someone who was high as shit on pot. Apples and oranges. Reaction time isn't the end-all be-all of safe driving, bub.
