Last patch messed up target nearest NPC?

A lot of them time now when I use target NPC key it doesn't work if the mob is even close to a wall. Anyone else noticing this?

Yah, been happening for me also, but I admittedly haven't done the v.17 thing yet.

I didn't even notice we had a patch until after I had entered world.

It also seems like corners are less effective against mobs.. over and over again in LGuk I've been getting rooted right as I turn a corner and mobs will stand there hitting/casting on me but I can't hit/cast on them back. Wasn't like this before, they would have broken LOS until they were actually in LOS not around the corner.
