No "Arrows" in Kelethin

Both bow/fletcher vendors in Kelethin do not carry arrows.
This forces players to travel to Felwithe just to purchase arrows.

Those merchants never stock generic arrows, they only have arrows if a pc sold them some. Buy the generic ones in the ranger guild in kelethin

There are arrows in the ranger guild, probably in the warrior guild as well.
