i think this happens when you die at lvl 1 to a mob
i remeber dying to a mob and it saying you are now pvp enabled or something in blue

Sorry, long day at work.
I did not turn in my book, I destroyed it. I had not died to any pve yet, just killed one thing, laughed a some boob tryin to pk me, heh, then went back into Felwithe to train my awesome abjuration and evocation. Thanksya! Oops, I just realized I had Felwithe turned around. I was in South Felwithe, which is not listed as safe. Sorry for the extra work. | ||
