transfering hotkeys and ui stuff

anyone know what files to copy and rename if you want your ui and hotkeys transfered between one character or another? can you even do it?

charactername_project1999.ini contains hotkeys & friends list.

UI_charactername_project1999.ini contains info about how you have your UI setup.

Yeah, I have done that many times. You'll need to copy the file and rename it accordingly based upon your target character's name.
