6 time Mr Olympia winner Chris Bumstead tries to run, and his leg nearly explodes lol. I’ve seen fat middle school girls run better

Daily reminder that bodybuilders are some of the most unhealthy people on the planet. Just about as healthy as a morbidly obese person, give or take depending on what compounds the bodybuilder is on. Also, as can be seen here, not even all that athletic in general. They’re good at doing non-functional weight pushing and starving themselves like an anorexic woman

I fell in love with climbing. We have indoor gyms with boulders and sport climbs. Yes they are expensive but if you can devote an entire four plus hours to be productive every time you go then day passes are the same per hour for most people who gym in the general population. Cheaper if you can afford a monthly and are close to one where it makes sense with your life. Everything else you said seems right from experience. But someone said the person who is having the most fun is the best climber. I definitely recommend a good bouldering gym for anyone who has the chance and is interested. So don't underrate yourself because being 220# and ruck fit in inhospitable conditions is a strength all it's own. Are there caves where you hike and do you ever run into people caving?
I like that quote about climbing. Naw, no caves that I know of. I like the idea of caves but have no direction sense and would definitely get my ass lost and my big ass stuck. That’s one place where being my size is nothing but a disadvantage. Plus I can get claustrophobic if put under pressure. And I’ve read about every interesting caving death story there is going down the YouTube rabbit hole 😉

Lol I saw that about Dr Mike. Dude thinks he has good cardio because of jiu jitsu, which I definitely believe can happen, but certainly didn’t for Mike

If you like climbing I’m sure you’ve seen some Magnus vids. I hope I am getting the name right. Now that’s a natural versatile athlete right there, that dude is ridic
