The information you are about to read was, until now, only known to <Kingdom>'s inner circle. Most <Kingdom> members are completely unaware of what's happening behind the curtains.
The guild <Kingdom> has sleeper agents in each guild, who are activated at opportune times for a myriad of purposes, ranging from sabotaging engages and guild infrastructure to sowing internal drama in order to cripple other guilds' efforts and slowly kill off their member base. 90% of trains and raid infractions are orchestrated by <Kingdom>. Many positions of influence in rival guilds are held by puppets of <Kingdom> who act in <Kingdom>'s interest. In fact, nearly every aspect of the game is compromised by <Kingdom> and wholly bent to work in <Kingdom>'s favor in a way that's subtle enough to prevent people from considering the possibility of something fishy going on. Allow me to explain. A new character is made and powerlevelled to 60, owned by a <Kingdom> member. They then enlist in a rival guild on this character and raid with them. This individual is compensated in DKP and the ability to bid on anything that drops at a <Kingdom> raid for their <Kingdom> characters while they are raiding in a rival guild on this sleeper agent character. They are then discreetly called upon in discord DMs with specific instructions, often in concert with other sleeper agents, to wipe an engage or commit a raid infraction that will result in the rival guild conceding mobs, so <Kingdom> can swoop in and take it. This is done very carefully so as to shift the blame away from the sleeper agents or make it entirely unclear who it is that caused the wipe. If you ever see 2-3 consecutive CHes missed in a row possibly including a regrowth on the tank for mobs that don't 2-round, that was the work of malicious rogue agents working for <Kingdom>. If an agent is seen doing something like this more than once, their plausible deniability is gone and it is abundantly clear that they have done these things on purpose, so some agents are specifically created to be kamikaze agents that will commit one massive "accidental" train and then never do anything of the sort again, continue raiding for a period of a few months more to prevent any suspicions from arising, after which they are decommissioned and are stripped of any possible valuables to fund the <Kingdom> guild bank. Sometimes these sleeper agents get #WhiteGirlWasted and log on to their <Kingdom> characters and commit these acts of sabotage openly bearing the <Kingdom> guild tag. But actually this whole sleeper agent thing was started by puppets that <Castle> planted in <Kingdom> to weasel their way into leadership positions so that they could then expose <Kingdom>'s massive evil conspiracy which they themselves orchestrated in the first place at a later date in order to make GMs wipe <Kingdom> off the face of Norrath and achieve complete dominion over the Temple of Veeshan for all eternity. And then, somehow, Palpatine returned.

Dual guild denizenship cannot be allowed. No elf can serve two masters.

Aktually, the shadow council was an unfunny forced meme in Good Guys on Green.

Shit's classic tho.
Never trust your guild treasurer. Known subversion point. There are stories from live of players raiding hardcore, solid, but, they rip off the guild. There are stories of people being sleepers for a year and more. As to wiping raids, before there was a /raid channel many guilds used /shout so people on raid but not in guild could follow along. Anyone can /shout GO GO GO. That too is classic. Noise and nonsense and assassins.

If a guild is actually going to these lengths on dying emulated servers for a 27 year old game, they have serious issues

-They have members that box regularly, and don't get punished for it. -They have members that still swarm in places swarming has been disallowed. -They have members that play 10 hours a day, 7 days a week, but somehow don't get any better. -They have members that berate guildies for playing the class they wanted to play, instead of using a bot. But the old guard of Kingdom's officers wouldn't stoop to such levels as incorporating spies in other guilds. | |||

Still sounds like ambition to me.
Maybe Kingdom wins. Maybe, they dominate the server. Wow, that's never happened before.
