Dex... I wont even get a proc till next level and while sta is nice wis will be better, mana vs hp when you have regen...

I'd go with Targishin's mask over the Coldain beard, 12 AC for the face slot is no joke, but both options are items I'd look to replace as I got into the 40's and 50's.

Between the Bracer of Scavenging and the Jarsath bracer, if you're under the wisdom cap and below level 60 I'd go for the Jarsath bracer. Stamina doesn't scale very well until high levels and even then, until you have Torpor you're going to be limited on how much hp you can turn into mana.

Bone mask and Bracer of Scavenging if you must pick between these. The DEX will help with your weapon procs next level. 4 WIS is like 44 mana at level 60 if you are under 200 WIS. I assume you are under level 60, so you are getting less mana than that.

Regardless of which items you end up choosing, the impact will not be large.
