Please Help . I have tried patching a dozen times, restart my computer i double checked all files are todays date and have apparently been replaced / updated properly in my titanium folder . Still getting Spells_us and GlobalLoad.txt error , cant log in, i specifically double checked those 2 files are in there and up to date???

If you're not on Linux, you can see the same link, but it's just going to suggest that you patch again (which you've clearly already tried).

1. Yes they're totally making early in classic era changes that don't impact the existing servers for no reason. Yeah bet they're doing that work just because.

The dates are referring to the progression timeline. None of the P99 servers are actively in progression, they have all reached the end of timeline so most of what you are seeing has no impact on the game right now when you log it, but would impact future servers or a potential server reset to day 1.

Original EQ was released in March of 1999 and Shadows of Luclin was released 12/4/01 which I believe is considered the "end of timeline" date. So in theory if a new server launched or a server was reset to day 1 the timeline would begin in March of '99 and progress forward just like the normal calendar progresses forward in real-time. So for example is something is adjusted to say it didn't occur until March of 2001 then that thing wouldn't occur on P99 until 2 years into the server's start/reset date.
