This has been going all over FB:
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Crazy to say that “I got bigger than the rock in just a few months”. Not because I got much bigger, but because he got so much smaller Apparently he had congenital heart failure and nearly a full blockage. So he obviously came off (or way down on) the sauce. Yknow that stuff he was never on. That’s the problem when you take so much it will almost kill you and then lie about it. You can’t explain away the size loss lol I actually think he looks better now though. Better than that freak he was before

Now let’s see if you can train 5 hours a day. I always respected the work ethic, all the juice does is raise the ceiling but you have to put in the work

I switched to a more volume based approach, where I do legs EOD (every other day), rather than going heavy or hard on each session. I took my inspiration from fitness influencers who tried things like “I’m going to do 50 squats per day” (which obviously meant at much lighter weight) and got good results. This way I don’t get to that wanting to throw up can’t walk the next day levels of pain or soreness. And still getting progress, maybe slightly slower but who cares, it’s all incremental at this point anyway
