You don't get to make ad hoc changes to preexisting agreements just because another agreement was arranged with someone else.

I was *not* assuming that p99 ( Rogean ) could make any changes without re-negotiating with DBG.

I was just suggesting that now is probably a good time for Rogean to ask permission from DBG to make changes to p99.

I think AAs are the best addition, but that is just my opinion.

To me the most noteworthy is "Guild Instances".

When I played on live maybe 10 years ago with my buddy who was playing a warrior ( around level 65).

He could *not* get his epic because some level 80 jerk necro was permacamping the mob in Plane of Fear ( very sure the necro was RMTing) . The necro told my friend to pay him plat or chrono and my friend said forget it.

Now is a good time for him to try to renegotiate the contract? Now...as in the time when Daybreak seems to be very focused on protecting certain aspects of their IP and has filed a lawsuit? Wut?

I wouldnt expect a Gold/Teal server change until late 2026 at the earliest. With M&M coming out 1st quarter 2026 id expect most of the EQ EMU population to be gutted to the extreme for at least a few months, depending on the staying power and quality of M&M of course.

Releasing a Gold/Teal change would truly reinvigorate the community and I feel like giving M&M enough time to settle would be a genuine concern when considering such a massive change to the current Green/Blue setup.
