I don’t like it when women have little kids that need babysitters any time we date. I don’t like women who live 45+ minutes away

You’re going to have to swallow a LOT of things you don’t like. It still is a huge leg up in the dating scene

I mean there’s blackpilled bro’s on Reddit who are literally suicidal because they wish more than anything else in the world to be tall

Would be a comfort I guess, if one of them did try to off themselves, to not know that there’s a 6’7 dude who doesn’t want to take advantage of it dating because bending over is awkward

dating
that's the keyword. I'm not interested in that. the amount of "work on yourself" i'd have to do to be able to be in a healthy relationship is monumental and maybe not even worth the juice from the squeeze at this point.

Ya well that’s your call. Even dating aside, hundreds of thousands of dudes would kill to be that height regardless. And if we could do a simulation where we plopped them into a 6’7 body for a year-ish trial run, the amount that would be Grass Is Greener and wanting to go back to their old height because of showerheads and chandeliers would be minuscule to the point of non-existent [You must be logged in to view images. One study found that men who were 5'9" (175.3 cm) or shorter lived about 5 years longer than those who were taller

we reach the maximum number of cell divisions earlier, our cancer risks are higher because we have more cells, backpain..etc

i wouldn't argue this to a short king's face in rl obv. and totally understand it fucks with them way more, but uh all pain is local or w/e the saying is lol.

Ya but the advantages are intangible and unquantifiable. How do you quantify how much height factors into all interactions with others? That’s like trying to quantify how much being attractive factors into all interactions with others. We can only via experiments and things show that it does, but it’s hard to quantify exactly how. A lot of times we would have to consciously tell ourselves to think differently than what our brain automatically suggests in order to be impartial and fair. I know I’ve had to do that before when speaking to a guy who is almost dwarf-status. I don’t feel as much pressure to do it vs a very tall guy, but their height does still affect my perception of them

And of course, as you know, you could never make a post anywhere on any social media like “oh man, life is so hard as a tall guy who’s 6’7”

You would get soooo many guys being like “Fuuuuuck you”

There’s been a lot of times where I hear about a particular influencer or famous person’s height and it’s like above 6’2+. Philion is an example that comes to mind. He’s always sitting but that dude is like 6’4 if I recall. Trump is like what, 6’2?

It makes me wonder just how much of a confidence boost tall men are getting. I mean it’s all subjective, but that’s why I keep reminding Ecko to utilize it to boost confidence

It’s unconscious status. I can’t explain it, it’s something primal. It’s like why do women gravitate to a man taller than them, sometimes much taller? We no longer need men to protect women with their physical bodies anymore, a short guy with a gun is infinitely more protective than a tall guy without one. Yet there is something biological and primal that remains. And no amount of debatebro’ing women to like short guys more will work to overpower it

Well it works with men too. It’s not going to make men want to have sex with you, not the straight ones anyway, but it does affect their perception in a primal, unconscious, but most of all POSITIVE way, until they make a conscious choice to ignore that un-earned status they are giving the tall person. Because it is dumb and unfair to have height influence perception. So if questioned, and if we have to think about it, we’ll say “fuck no, I consider every guy from the shortest to the tallest with the same fairness”. But we don’t. Not until we tell ourselves that’s what fair and right to do

I have definitely seen statistics and studies that show tall people using the same arguments as shorter people being more effective at them, no matter who the argument is towards. I’ve certainly seen data presented by blackpilled depressed bro’s on Reddit showing that tall men, just like attractive men, are more likely to be considered for a job. That kinda thing

Is it fair? No. But is it there? Yes. Until you consider it, then some people overpower it with better fair judgement

To expand on that, a tall guy who insecure and doesn’t have his height at all influence his confidence would be like a black guy being insecure about his dick size

Most people are going to assume due to an unfair, and largely untrue (on an aggregate level I’ve heard there’s very little difference in size) stereotype that the dude has at least an above average sized dick

So to me it would be completely foolish for a black person to be like “Hey, I want to set the record straight right now, I actually have a slightly below-average sized dick. And I’m actually insecure about it”

Like why TF would you do that? The perception helps you, at least go with it with strangers, even if it isn’t fair or correct. Sure, you will maybe have that convo with like a girlfriend or something if it bothers you. But there is no reason not to use people’s perception of you as a confidence boost even if you don’t agree with the reason for them having it

"confidence boost" is for people without any real substance.

real confident people are just confident because they are proud of themselves
