LA is on fire again. i dont know why people would want that weather to blow across the rest of the country. maybe its because self-harm is really trendy today?

my first thought was the EV war on autonomous vehicles

Tesla and Waymo use fundamentally different approaches to self-driving technology. Tesla relies primarily on a vision-only system using cameras and neural networks, while Waymo utilizes a multi-sensor approach combining cameras, LiDAR, and radar

it's like Thomas Edison electrocuting that elephant so AC won out over DC(which is a urban myth but my point stands) Dude got big mad when Waymo and Lidar got brought up in a interview like 2 weeks ago on CNBC

Bad PR to have you cars burning and toxic smoke and fireworks coming out of them, i thought the cybertruck in vegas incident was super fishy also so it's not just a i hate the dude thing.

but i should prolly just take my meds.

the cars are going to be super cheap due over investment and pricing wars.

and they aren't going to be optional because your insurance premium as a human driver is going to go up by like 10,000%
