Supposedly the science has gotten better over time. But I’m sure there’s also arguments it’s doing nothing, or very little

Got my first bottle and started out at 4x the recommended dose (apparently anything under like 2000mg is still safe, so I’ll go up to there). Wouldn’t want to stay at said doseage, but I figure if there’s going to be any kind of effect I feel, it’ll be more apparent at 4x the dose. Course always best if it’s a positive effect…

First off, damn they fast as fuck…
But that rule of you can’t cut someone off isn’t followed at all in amateur races. Especially in the beginning people are cutting each other off like crazy. I’ve seen in Olympic races too where someone cuts in front of someone else to block their access to the lane closest to the inner edge Race cars are allowed to do it, why can’t race people? If you don’t want him cutting over to block you, don’t let him get ahead in the first place? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=

So cutting someone off is illegal but drafting behind another runner then overtaking them at the end isn’t “Thanks for eating all that wind resistance for me the entire race, breugh. Sorry that for you it was like running on an incline. Way to pad my victory path” Dumb

Pity some dont listen to advice when it comes from "experts". Unless the twat from the JRE mentions it, then it becomes the gospel truth. Also something something always monetized.
You can lead a fat horse to Ozempic, but you can't make it see itself im a mirror.

Listen, there is a viral GoPro video going around on YouTube. It’s a Ukrainian soldier POV as he fights against a Russian soldier in a gun to grenade to knife fight. The Ukrainian dies. But the backstory was the Russian was I believe stranded alone behind enemy lines and had already killed a few other soldiers. He apparently had 5 kids at home as well, which might have played into why he fought so hard. And I believe he did survive, and is considered a hero now in Russia
I am not going to link the vid here because it was one of the hardest things I have watched in a long time. I only watched to de-sensitize myself against extreme violence in the case I was ever in a similar position. But it is a rough watch, NGL, even if it doesn’t show much blood gore. For any interested, I personally watched a US Marine doing a reaction and commentary on youtube Anyway, the timing of seeing that vid and this newest post-Trump army ad make me almost wonder if there was some correlation https://m.youtube.com/shorts/
