Quest Issue: Mar 2001 - 4th Prayer Shawl and Vial of Velium Vapors

This post shows that the 4th Prayer Shawl quest and the combine for Vial of Velium Vapors shouldn't be in-game until Mar 2001.

As I recall, this was not gated as such on P99 Green.

2 new gate potions?
it looks like they've added additional gate points in two spots - Field of Bone and ThurA, both are listed as effects in the Test Server SPDAT.EFF file. While your guess is as good as mine, I suspect these are new gate potion points.

any test shaman know anything?

The quest Saving Tanik (4th Shawl quest) was added to Allakhazam the day after the patch.
